If you're in ISL and you want to continue the boot sequence to a normal startup, then invoke the HPUX utility to continue with the boot sequence. You may or may not have other utilities available. Another common utility you may see with the ls command is ODE - the Offline Diagnostic Enviroment, a set of diagnostic utilities.
